Legal Associate 

Being a legal associate at Trust & Backer. Mr. Phan Duong Tan initially started from the Economic Court – People’s Court of Ho Chi Minh City after he decided to leave and join a number of law firms in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and before being a part of Trust & Backer Law Firm, he is engaged in legal consulting work for Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB). Mr. Tan has gained a lot of valuable knowledge and experience in economic – commercial dispute resolution, the legal fields of investment, commerce, company, labor, whereby Mr. Tan has built himself a deep and solid legal foundation for his professional development. • Consulting and drafting the cooperation contract between Hoang Linh Technology Co., Ltd and Hung Thanh Long Import-Export Company;
• Consulting and drafting documents for the association contract between a Bank and the Real Estate Company to exclusively distribute the Cosmo City Project of the Investor Bao Khang Company;
• Consulting and drafting documents for Association Contract, Agreement on freezing security assets for Sunshine Apartment and Service Trade Center Project (Trade name: Commercial area) and high-class service Duc Long Golden Land) of the Investor of Van Gia Long Investment – Construction Joint Stock Company.
• Consulting and drafting documents to pay interest on behalf of Valencia Project – Investor of CTP Ocean Investment Joint Stock Company;
• Participated in the proceedings of the case “Dispute over the car rental service contract” at the People’s Court of Dong Nai province.
